Lintang Buana has come since it was set up in 2000 by Agung Yoga and Sri Oka as a retail credit card agency but since 2002 we jump out into tourism industry simply because we both love traveling and love to share our cultures, natures and local story. Both Agung Yoga formal education in tourism management as well as Sri Oka real life experience shaped a solid fondation for the future of Lintang Buana.

We now have and managed 5 company division and Liburs.com is one of them.

#1 Work Experience (or Magang) with Lintang Buana Tours
We often have students doing work experience at Lintang Buana office in Surabaya. But we get loads of requests, so we can't take everyone!

To increase your chances of doing a placement with us, what you should do is email tour(dot)manager(at)liburs(dot)com with the following information:

- Your name, contact email and phone number
- The course you are doing
- Details of how long a placement you need, and likely dates
- What area are you interested in learning about eg. sales, operations etc
- What skills and experience do you have? What are you really good at doing?

At the moment we are searching for fresh graduate candidates to join our boat. They will be trained so they will adapt easily with our culture and work style in the future. The following positions are open until further notice.

Hotel Operation Staff (HOS)
Data Entry Staff (DES)
Driver (DRV)

Candidates are requested to meet below requirements:

- Male/Female fresh graduate from SMK/Diploma/S1 certificate
- SIM C (minimum) and own vehicle (preferrable)
- SIM A (minimum) *) for candidates applying for Driver position
- Pasive English and ability to communicate in perfect Bahasa Indonesia is a must
- Windows/Office and Internet literate
- Attention to details, have a good interpersonal skill and service oriented
- Honest, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Proactive, well organized and ability to work both individualy and as a solid team member

Benefit will be:

- Salary will be the same as / higher than UMR after completion of 3 (three) months probation period
